Rhavontee has been working around real estate since he was 15. Before getting his license, he spent more than a decade in business sales and account management with companies including Verizon and Comcast Business, where he ranked in the top 1% of sales performers nationally and earned two Diamond Club awards. Those honors come from his corporate career, and the habits behind them carry over: listen first, explain the options, and negotiate hard for his client.

He holds an associate degree in Business Management and Marketing from Kankakee Community College and owns and manages rental property, so he looks at a house the way an owner does.
